便秘是很多人都经历过的,很多人都会将便秘看成是小毛病,并不怎么关注这个问题,但是有时候又会为它给我们带来的不适感到困扰。

很多出现便秘的女性可能会有这样的体会,照镜子的时候会觉得自己面色枯黄,洗澡的时候又会发现身体的很多地方包括脸上都有痘痘出现,而且还会伴随着口臭现象。

这些问题虽然不大,但是却无时无刻不在困扰着我们的正常生活。导致便秘出现原因很多,如:饮食结构不合理、年老体衰、过度消瘦等。既然提到了经络疗法,就来为女性朋友介绍一下如何通过经络疗法来达到自愈便秘的效果。

1.抹任脉:从膻中穴道中极穴,即从两乳头之间的中点到肚脐下的一掌宽的中点连线进行按摩,仰卧或正坐均可,用拇指从膻中穴沿着任脉抹到中极穴,从上到下反复按摩20次,力量不能过大,但是要贴紧皮肤。

2.掌揉天枢穴和大横穴:天枢穴位于腹中部,和脐中在一条直线上,与脐中的距离约为2寸;大横穴位于腹中部,与脐中的距离约为4寸。将自己的两手平放在肚子上,两中指正对脐中,稍微用力顺时针揉动,腹中会有热感。

3.点揉腹结穴和气海穴:腹结穴位于下腹部,在大横穴下1.3寸;气海穴位于下腹部,前正中线上,脐中下1.5寸。将双手拇指指肚按压同侧的腹结穴后稍微用力压,以出现酸痛感为宜,然后顺时针点揉1分钟;再用一手的拇指点揉气海穴,力度同腹结穴,操作1分钟即可。

4.顺时针摩揉全腹:将两手重叠,扣在肚脐上,稍微用力沿顺时针方向按摩整个腹部,要注意力度的适当,以肠道能随手掌在腹腔中震动为宜。这样能够促进肠道的蠕动,要注意按摩的方向,如果方向相反会产生相反的结果。

5.点揉合谷穴:合谷穴就是位于大拇指和食指虎口间的穴位。用一侧拇指指腹按住合谷穴,轻轻地揉动,以出现酸胀感为宜,每侧按摩1分钟。合谷穴是清热止痛的良穴,能有效缓解因便秘造成的头晕、饮食不振、黄褐斑、痤疮以及腹痛等症状。

6.按揉支沟穴:此穴位于前臂背侧,腕背横纹上尺骨与桡骨之间。用一侧的拇指指肚按住支沟穴,轻轻地揉动,以出现酸痛感为宜,每侧按摩1分钟,即可。支沟穴是治疗便秘的特效穴位,对于各类便秘均有一定的疗效。

8.按揉内庭穴:内庭穴位于足背,在第2、3跖骨结合部前方凹陷处。用一侧的拇指指肚按住内庭穴轻轻地揉动,直到出现酸痛感为宜,每侧按摩1分钟,即可。内庭穴是泻胃火的特效穴,对于青年女性出现的食欲不振所导致的便秘效果颇佳。

9.按揉三阴交穴:三阴交穴位于小腿的内侧,足内踝尖上3寸,胫骨内侧缘后方。用一侧拇指的指肚按住三阴交穴,轻轻地揉动,以出现酸胀感为宜。三阴交穴是滋阴润燥的要穴,所以这种按摩的方法特别适合用于患有便秘的中老年女性朋友。

10. 三间(俞木穴),位于食指近拇指侧根部,第二掌指关节后。这个穴位最大的特点就是比较好找,按摩也方便,随时随地都可以操作。按摩这个穴位能够通经行气,对于治疗三叉神经痛、齿痛、目痛、喉肿痛、肩膀痛、泻泄、便秘都有一定的疗效。除此之外,还有消炎、止痛、抗过敏的功效。三间穴可以作为日常保健穴,经常按揉治疗便秘的效果更佳。

11. 涌泉穴,位于左右的脚掌(除脚趾)前的三分之一正中间处,按摩这个穴位能够调整自主神经系统、缓解寒症、加速新陈代谢。除此之外,左右脚掌的后半部还有上行结肠、下行结肠、肛门的反射区。用手指的指肚进行按压并推压这几个反射区,能够促进肠道的蠕动,进而改善便秘现象。
